The round got underway on Friday Night with the Devonport Strikers scoring an emphatic 6-0 victory over Riverside Olympic that temporarily moved them to the top of the table. Lucy Foote and Georgia King provided the major highlights, with some stunning long-range bombs. Foote went on to score a hat-trick in what was a comprehensive victory for a Strikers side who maintained their unbeaten record ahead of a huge clash with South Hobart next weekend.

United proved too strong in the second half however, overwhelming their opponents and adding another four goals. Adilat Otto chimed in with a late brace in an eventual 6-1 victory for a United side who continue to show some major threat in the final third this season.
