Further to the announcement that Calder United will be bringing their senior NPLW squad to Tasmania, Football Tasmania is seeking to appoint a set of experience and accredited coaches to oversee the selection and preparation of the Tasmanian Senior Women’s Select team to play against them. The dates of this match will be confirmed ASAP, however it is likely to be in the middle of April. We are also hoping to arrange another match for this group later in 2021.
FT is also seeking to appoint a set of experience and accredited coaches to oversee the selection and preparation of the Tasmanian Youth State Teams competing in the Football Australia National Youth Championships.
The role would require a commitment of approximately one session per week for around 8-10 weeks, together with some matches played on weekends. The girls NYC will be held Monday 5 – 9 July and the boys NYC Monday 20 – 24 September, 2021.
These are important roles which will help contribute to the continued development of our best female players in the state, together with our aspiring young players.
