Cup Final Day Details

The biggest day on the Tasmanian Footballing Calendar will see three massive Cup Finals played out in a footballing feast at KGV on Monday June 10th, the Queens Birthday holiday. Starting with the Statewide Under 20’s Cup Final at 10:30am between the surprise packets Beachside FC and the defending Champions Olympia. Come and see some of the best young prospects in the state. It’s the stars of tomorrow, on display today! Then at 1:00pm the Women’s Statewide Cup Final, a “Safari Derby” between the Kingborough Lions and Hobart Zebras. The Lions are looking to go one better after falling just short in the final last season against Taroona, whilst the Zebras are out to capture their second Cup victory in 3 seasons having lifted the trophy in 2017. Finally, the Lakoseljac Cup Final with the Devonport Strikers taking on South Hobart for the third time in four seasons. They have been the dominant forces in Tasmanian Football in recent years, sharing four of the last five Lakoseljac Cups between them, with Devonport winning both finals in which they have played against South. With the FFA Cup Round of 32 place on the line, the stakes simply couldn’t be higher for Round 3! Gates Open: 9:30am Tickets Adults $8 Concession $5 Children Under 12 Free Please note parking in the KGV Precinct will be strictly reserved. A parking guide will be posted closer to the date.
