Football Tasmania has announced the eleven recipients of the Female C-Diploma Coaching Scholarships, as part of its Legacy ’23 funding from Football Australia.
The program is designed to ensure the legacy of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023, to boost participation in and strengthen women and girls’ football.
Football Tasmania Coaching Development Manager David Smith said: “We want to continue to develop our female coaches and the C-Diploma coaching course provides this opportunity.
“The successful applicants have shown a great commitment to developing our junior and youth female players, and through the course we look forward to assisting in their ongoing development.”
Each participant also receives a clothing package, courtesy of sponsors Kappa.
