A 94th minute scramble in the six yard box saw Mady O'Brien pounce for the latest of match winning goals for her Clarence Zebras side in their midweek matchup with South Hobart.
After dominating the contest and chalking up a 26-7 edge in total shots for the game as well as accruing a host of corners, it appeared it wasn't going to be the Clarence Zebras night.
Frustrated at their inability to convert, and with the title now out of their reach it seemed destined to end at 0-0 before a late corner granted them one final shot.
Burt swung it in, Stalker headed goalwards and McMullen blocked it. But she left the ball on the doorstep and before she was able to get down and claim it, O'Brien pounced and poked home from close range to secure the victory.
It was a blow for South in their quest to finish third, whilst Clarence Zebras remain locked into second place, now unable to catch the Warriors.
