The Kingborough Lions secured a third placed finish in the Women's Super League as they rallied back from 2-0 down to claim a 2-2 draw with Clarence Zebras on Wednesday night.
Down two goals inside the opening 20 minutes after goals from Berry and Nichols, a stunning solo goal from Laura Davis provided the spark for the comeback, as Amy Ollington struck just a minute after the restart before a gripping second half that provided plenty of action but no more goals, locking the Lions into third on the table.
