GK- Samuel Whatman (Hobart Zebras)
The big Kiwi was a big prescence in the Zebras net and made some big saves to ensure his sides left with a share of the spoils.
RB- Michael Monticchio (Riverside)
Composed in defence and a real leader at the back for his side, Monticchio didn't put a foot wrong in defence in an accomplished display.
CB-Patrick Sullivan (Launceston City)
A towering presence in the City defence and he dealt with what came his way comfortably, routinely shutting down the Lions counter attacks.
CB-Oscar Thomas (South Hobart)
Did a good job negating a stream of Warriors long balls toward Ryan with some superb aerial work, where he used his height to dominate in the air, also bagged a crucial goal just before half time.
LB- Ryu Yonezawa (Hobart Zebras)
Made a number of last ditch challenges to prevent high danger scoring chances in a backs to the wall defensive performance that highlighted his supreme reading of the game.
CM- Luca Vigilante (Riverside)
The Batman stole the show at Wentworth Park with a superb goal from long range that found the top corner to cap an all action midfield performance. Unfortunately due to a camera failure that goal has been lost to history, but picture something like Kompany's goal v Leicester.
CM- Jordan Scott (Olympia)
Even on his quieter days, he finds a way to leave his mark. Set up Vandermey's goal with an inch perfect lobbed pass before his last gasp stunner secured the 3-3 draw in one of the moments of the season.
CM- Daniel Syson (Devonport)
Worked hard in the midfield and linked between the lines nicely. Having been denied by a world class save earlier, he got his side level with a well taken finish.
AM- Martin Mitreski (Launceston City)
City found some added spark in attack this week and Mitreski was a big part of that, laying on 2 assists and catching the eye with his clever movements.
AM- Isky Van Doorne (South Hobart)
His best game in a South Hobart shirt, Van Doorne bagged a classy goal and was a livewire in attack as he buzzed about running at the defence and creating chances.
ST- Noah Mies (Launceston City)
Will head over to Melbourne at the top of his game. Two more goals and an assist for Mies in yet another display where he looked simply unplayable, defenders cannot handle his blend of power of strength.
