GK- Jarrod Hill (Riverside)
Despite the final scoreline, Hill was supberb in the Roos net and their late rally was only possible because he kept his side in the game with a string of quality saves.
RB- Adam Gorrie (South Hobart)
His usual attacking self as he marauded forward and created chances for his side, including a nice assist on Morton's goal.
CB- Raphael Reynolds (Devonport)
Probably his best game since returning to the state, won a lot of balls in dispute and cut out a heap of crosses into the box.
CB- Jake Vandermey (Olympia)
Pushed up into midfield throughout the game to give them the extra number and had an influence in their control there, whilst still remaining diligent defensively.
LB-Dom Smith (Devonport)
Defended his flank well, as he fought hard in the air with plenty of aerial balls sent his way and then offered some threat going forward.
CM- Diego Gutierrez Chavez (Glenorchy Knights)
Strong in possession and in the challenge, Gutierrez bossed the midfield all night long and allowed his side to wrest control of the game.
CM- Ewan Larby (South Hobart)
The youngster continues to impress in midfield and his passing and movement was particularly impressive as South stroked the ball around Darcy Street nicely.
AM- Alessandro Bellini (Glenorchy Knights)
His mazy dribbling runs and skill on the ball gave the Roos defence more than they could handle as he danced between the lines and created chances all evening.
AM- Luke Huigsloot (Hobart Zebras)
A towering presence in attack, he bossed the aerial duels and was heavily involved in the majority of his sides goals, a nightmare to deal with.
ST- Benjamin Hamlett (South Hobart)
Scored a goal and was an absolute live wire in attack. His explosiveness and lethal finishing make him such a threat and he is looking at the top of his game right now.
ST- Mathew Sanders (Hobart Zebras)
Just loves playing against Clarence and he bagged himself a whole hand full of goals, making it 23 goals in 8 NPL games against the Reds, which is quite a frankly ludicrous stat.
