GK- Nathan Pitchford (Devonport)
The Strikers number one could not be faulted for either goal he conceded and his strong presence and leadership at the back were important when the game was in dispute.
RB- Adam Gorrie (South Hobart)
Gorrie caused carnage down the right wing all night against Clarence, impacting the scoreboard by bagging a pair of assists.
CB- Danny Cowen (Kingborough)
Deployed in the heart of the Lions defence, the experienced skipper led from the front with an imperious performance in which he bossed the aerial duels.
CB-Kieran Mulraney (Devonport)
Again contributed a goal from winning an attacking set piece and really stamped himself as the game wore on and allowed Devonport to dominate.
LB- Joel Sammut (Kingborough)
The Lions full back was a bundle of energy down the left, defending his flank well and getting plenty of crosses into the box on the overlap.
RW- Eddie Bidwell (Devonport)
The Strikers winger was an absolute menace in attack and bagged a much deserved goal to go with an assist and a series of chances created.
CM- Nick Morton (South Hobart)
Silky on the ball and lively throughout, Morton conjured a goal and an assist and had the finishing been sharper it might have been more.
CM- Bradley Lakoseljac (South Hobart)
After the biggest week of his footballing career, Lakoseljac continued his good times with a brace against Clarence, producing two nice finishes.
AM- Joel Stone (Devonport Strikers)
Once again it was a Joel Stone stunner that proved the catalyst to lift the Strikers, his is producing the mercurial on a weekly basis and defences seem unable to contain him.
LW- Callum Brown (Glenorchy Knights)
Has made quite the return to the NPL TAS, with his brilliant brace in this one making it 6 goals in 2 starts and a sub appearance. Lightning fast and a cannon shot, he torched the Strikers early on.
ST- Horacio Gutierrez Jnr (Kingborough)
His move into attack has proved an inspired one and he conjured two top class goals on Friday night to fire his side to victory, including an outrageous bicycle effort.
