2026 NATIONAL FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Football Australia's National Futsal Championships provide participants the opportunity to play against the best players from each State, and also to be identified by the national coach for Australia's men’s and women’s futsal teams. 

The National Futsal Championships 2026 will be held from 13-17 January on the Gold Coast.

Football Tasmania are seeking Expressions of Interest from players, to gauge interest in each age group.

Trial dates are set below, with specific times for each age group to be communicated in July:

  • 27 July – Hobart (12-3pm)
  • 3 August – Hobart (12-3pm)

  • 10 August – Launceston (12-3pm)

     
    Trial times

  • 12pm-1pm: u12 Boys, u13 Girls
  • 1pm-2pm: u13 Boys, u14 Boys, u15 Boys, u16 Boys, u15 Girls, u17 Girls

  • Arrive 15 minutes before start of designated session.

    Teams will be selected by 25 August.

    Venues

    Hobart - Aurora Stadium, Creek Road.

    Launceston - St Patricks College.
