Football Tasmania will induct new members into the Hall of Fame in 2026, to honour, preserve, and celebrate the achievements and legacy of Tasmanian football’s key contributors.
Football Tasmania Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata OAM said: “We had such an incredible response to our inaugural induction last year, and we know there are plenty more trailblazers and loyal servants of the football community that deserve to be recognised.
“We know there are individuals who have a long and proud history within our game, and I strongly encourage the football community to submit their nominations.
“This is a meaningful opportunity to recognise those who have gone above and beyond in service to football.”
Community members are invited to nominate deserving individuals by outlining the nominee’s contributions and impact, which will be assessed by a panel drawn from the Tasmanian football community.

Nominations close at 5PM on Thursday 23 July. The inductees will be announced at Football Tasmania’s End of Season Awards Night on Saturday 12 September, 2026.
